It is ohe of numerous pictures which feature in The Naked Portrait, currently running at Edinburgh’s Scottish National Portrait Gallery. The exhibition explores how artists have drawn, photographed, painted and generally got to grips with (steady!) the human body over the last century. It features some high-profile personalities, including Robert Downey Jr, Linford Christie and Rudolf Nureyev as you’ve never seen them before - naked, nude, in the raw, in the buff and, indeed, starkers.
