performances for the outdoor theatre lover. The beautiful landscape and mild climate of Dumfries and Galloway makes the perfect backdrop to al fresco performances, and this year’s programme includes some highly anticipated classics, including Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre performing A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Crichton Campus in Dumfries, and Chapterhouse Theatre Company’s productions of Pride and Prejudice and Beauty and the Beast (pictured) at Castle Kennedy in Stranraer.
