The Welsh artist injects a dash of dark humour into the Glasgow International 2014 programme with his large-scale Tramway installation. Set in a dark forest clearing, Echt situates Williams’ typically ordinary characters within extraordinary settings, including a dystopian future where your social standing is closely tied to how much you consume.
