Green Gingerspecialise in 2-manipulated puppets with wacky names; Kevin Grockle, Gaston le Gouache (described as ‘the thinking woman’s Roll Harris’!) and Nigel Side-Loader, a washing machine that must rate as an unusual hero even tor a sci-ti sterv. The Big Top should perhaps be renamed Big Tepee as The Medicine Show present their Red Indian legends and since no circus should be clownless, Richard Cuming will be tooling around with brooms which become perlorming dogs and a clarinet that lalls apart.
